官方登录授权 羊皮纸 to manage the ordering, processing, and secure delivery of your official CMU transcripts. Ordering via 羊皮纸 offers secure online access to request your transcript 24/7, 在线成绩单跟踪, 邮件通知, and electronic/paper transcript options. 

羊皮纸 offers 3 official transcript options:

1. 电子成绩单(PDF格式): although most orders are processed the same day, please allow a few business days in the event that your request needs additional research.
2. 邮寄成绩单(纸质): paper transcripts will require a few business days for processing time and mailing.
3. Mailed transcripts that include an attachment: please allow several business days for your transcript to be mailed, in the event that your request needs additional research. Processing and transport times for mailed transcripts are subject to delays, including unknown delays f或者是 various entities that handle mail, 包括美国邮政总局, 联邦快递, 和联合包裹.

全国学生交流中心:

官方登录 also authorizes the 全国学生信息交流中心 to provide official electronic/paper transcripts. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. PDF transcripts are only available for those who attended from fall 1991 to present.

• 去 全国学生信息交流中心 and select 官方登录 from the list of schools and click Submit. The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and 费用. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. A processing fee will be charged per recipient.
• 大部分的订单 are generally processed within 1-2 business days.  During peak times (the beginning or end of term, fall and spring graduation) and during holiday breaks, processing may take up to 5-7 business days. 
• The 全国学生信息交流中心 offers 2 official transcript options:

• Click here and choose one of the options on the first page to request your paper transcript
• You must bring a photo ID to pick up transcripts at the Registrar’s Office.
• Please note, MavZone cannot send official PDF transcripts. 请使用 羊皮纸 或者是 全国学生信息交流中心 索取PDF格式的正式成绩单.
• Access to official paper transcripts through MavZone ends 18 months after attending CMU. 请使用 羊皮纸 或者是 全国学生信息交流中心 在此时间之后索取成绩单.

• Prior students may request an unofficial transcript via fax or in person from the Registrar’s Office.

In accordance with Colorado Revised Statutes 23-5-113.5, official transcripts may be released f或者是 following reasons.

• Transferring to another postsecondary institution (i.e., attending another college or university)
• 应用ing for state, federal, or institutional financial aid
• Pursuing opportunities in the military or National Guard
• Pursuing other postsecondary opportunities (i.e.，研究生或专业课程)
